This course was refreshing and well designed. Even though having prior experience with Python, I found the topics around APIs and machine learning particularly clear and well explained. I would highly recommend this course.

I recently completed the Python for Data Science with GenAI course on Maven, and it was an incredibly valuable learning experience. The course combined theory with hands-on practice, making it easy to apply concepts immediately to real-world datasets. I especially appreciated: Clear explanations of Python libraries like Pandas, and Matplotlib, which helped me build a strong foundation. Project-based learning, where I worked on practical exercises that mirrored real analytics problems. Engaging teaching style, with step-by-step guidance and opportunities to ask questions. By the end of the course, I felt confident in using Python for data cleaning, visualization, and basic statistical analysis. This course has definitely strengthened my skills as a data analyst and opened the door to tackling more complex data projects in the future. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to get started with data analytics in Python, whether you’re transitioning into data roles or adding analytics to your existing toolkit.

A few things that sets this course apart from other courses is that it does not follow conventional method to learn python. It is designed in a way that you self learn how to code in the process, relevant python modules are taught and Generative AI is also incorporated which makes this course different.

Great course, not too technical and not too introductory. Considering it was a short course, I believe it met my expectations. There are hands-on activities, lectures with guest speakers, use cases, and an overview of ethics and strategy. Rahim is very objective, promoting conversations and Q&A sessions instead of a rigid and fixed agenda. I wish it could have focused more on strategy for identifying, testing, and scaling use cases, as well as on overall adoption in corporations.
