Great class by Dr. Gino. The class was a mix of theoretical frameworks to help strategically think through a negotiation process as well as few practice mock negotiations where we put what we learned into work. I highly recommend it for anyone who either negotiates for his/her professional career or someone who wants to improve their own negotiation skills for daily life engagements.
