I just completed the Scale the Impact of DesignOps course and am leaving with a sharper set of tools and frameworks to bring to my next Ops role. Laurent's method of teaching through stories, real-world examples and weekly hands on-exercises solidify the concepts, processes and frameworks shared. He is a wealth of knowledge and has gone above and beyond to support our cohort with feedback, answering questions and providing additional resources to dig deeper. 10/10 recommend taking this course to build or enhance your design ops skills and toolbox!

This course was really valuable because it changed how I think about Design Ops. I now see it less as support work and more as a strategic way to improve how design creates impact in an organisation. I liked that the course was practical and realistic. It helped me think more clearly about how to understand problems, choose what to focus on, and turn ideas into measurable action. My biggest takeaway is that good Design Ops work is not about doing more things. It is about focusing on the right things and creating the conditions for real change. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to become more intentional, strategic, and impactful in Design Ops.
