Learn directly from Peter Merholz

This course was incredibly helpful and came just at the right time. I put everything I learned into practice right away and still continue to reference it to help guide my overall goal setting, prioritizing and planning. Peter is an incredible educator, with a wealth of experience and an incredible ability to connect people and cut right through to what matters most. No frills- just all very practical and extremely valuable learnings that would help any design leader. What I've learned from Peter's conference talks and this course, I will continue to carry with me throughout my career.

I really enjoyed this program - with a small cohort it was a great way to understand various perspectives, have frank conversations as a group, and pose the questions that we're most challenged with. Peter's course materials were fantastic and led to some introspection I hadn't considered before.

Peter is a wealth of knowledge and comes with tactics and strategy for design leaders to use immediately to get a better sense of where they are and where they're going. Immensely valuable, I expect myself to come back to the resources, slides, and templates often.
