This course literally changed my perspective on leadership. It helped to remind me that we are all humans first, and that my employees will be more likely to work hard and show up if they respect and trust the person that is leading them. I also gained access to a lot of helpful tools to put into practice as I go. The best part was the instructors! They were so energetic, and you could tell knowledgeable and passionate they are about what they teach!

I loved Ali and Chad's buzzy approach to leadership and teamwork! I appreciated the dynamic way that Ali and Chad bounced ideas off of each other, encouraging students to mix and match approaches from a wide range of different sources, such as beehive dynamics, cultural swirl, pandemic-era banking programs, and StrengthsFinder. I think this course could be especially valuable for teammates to do together. If you're bored of traditional approaches, I highly recommend this energetic infusion of hive science and human-centric strategy.
